Essex Book Festival Future Development Planning, 2009 – 2011

Midland Creative Projects Limited is contracted by Essex County Council to explore the development of all aspects of the Essex Book Festival. This includes analysing the Festival’s fianances over the previous four years and creating an income and expenditure budget that accurately reflects the direct and indirect costs and returns. This work has now become the Project Management of the launch of a new independent arts organisation to run the Essex Book Festival.
